Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of the content you create within iConvo.
We do not claim any rights to your notes, images, or other materials.

User Conduct

You agree not to use iConvo for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious purposes.

Custom Conversations

Conversations created within iConvo are private to you.
You are responsible for managing and securing your conversations and their content.

Privacy and Data Security

iConvo operates without user accounts. No personal information is collected or transmitted online.
Your notes, images, videos, and other content are stored locally on your device in a local database.
We do not have access to your data, and we do not share it with third parties.

Backup and Data Loss

iConvo stores data locally. Currently, the backup feature supports all message types except audios, images, GIFs, videos, and files. However, these message types will surely be added to the backup feature in future updates.
We are not liable for any data loss due to device malfunction, accidental deletion, or other factors. You are responsible for managing and securing your backups and their content.

No Warranty

iConvo is provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of iConvo.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
